I have purchase a couple of firearms, used armory services, taken a firearm safety course, and completed my CCW training through the Tradesmen. I have always received helpful, courteous services and always found the Tradesmen to exceed any needs I have asked of them. I have made multiple purchases from and through Edward, these include high end items that involved his help circumnavigating ATF requirements to small, inexpensive parts that his armory experience helped me add to my pistol. His level of personal service is phenomenal to say the least. I've also had the chance to take some training under his instruction and have seen my competence increase at every session. Customer service here is insanely phenomenal! Edward was always very kind when me and my family was in his store. I had pawned my wedding rings and a tv and when I picked my stuff up, we had been so busy that we forgot to get my rings, even though we paid for them. I called Edward on a Friday and he confirmed that my rings were in fact there...we were actually moving to East Tennessee, (which is why we were in such a hurry) I called him back on Monday and gave him our new address and by Friday my rings were in the mailbox. He could have very easily done bad business since we had signed the paper saying we picked up our stuff, but he was a stand up, good guy! Thank you Edward for being one of the nicest people that we had the chance to meet and do business with while were in your great state! :D
