Us bank is ok in general, but this branch is absolutely horrible . Ive had multiple problems at this location that i havnt had at others. Couldnt even get a proof of adress even though i am an established customer with all identification. Also, they constantly withhold cash even from printed, legitimate in-town payroll checks. I nearly closed by account due to the incompetence of this particular branch.
