atm outside easy to use whenever needed

I have 3 accounts with this store. On a Friday at lunchtime I went in for a notary and watched as the front desk person walked past me 3 times. NO acknowledgement of me being there or that he had seen me and would be with me as soon as he could. So after signing in and waiting ten minutes for a notary I stood in the line for banking. 15 people later I was told that the same person that had walked by me 3 times would be with me when he could. It is not hard to make eye contact and let someone know you see them and will be there as soon as you can and that you appreciate their patience. The guard at the front acknowledged me and is the only reason for the 2 star rating instead of one.

Extremely understaffed. Usually only people to work the drive thru and the inside. Count on being here a long time. The people are usually really nice though.

This branch is a smaller branch, so it is limited. However, they always do their best and the customer service is impeccable!

Love, love this branch. I remember years ago when Ent had about three branches around town. This is so convienient .
