The revolving staff at this place make it difficult to forge a relationship. NSF fees are 38$! Paper statement fee 3$ Checking account fee 12$. I know this because they couldn't seem to get a checking to savings transfer correct on the correct day. They drew my account to 0 stuck it in savings charged me 12$ overdraft protection, 38$ NSF fee per transaction after the fact. The direct deposit that took place after the fact hid this mess for a short time, then, thinking I had more money in my account, got overdrawn again! I had to trace it all the way back to their auto transfer on the wrong day and then argue about it with a surly bank manager who I have never seen in my life. During this conversation I also learned that even though they show you that you have a posted and available balance that charges are considered final whether or not they have been posted by the merchant, so everything happens in "real time". This means that they have no obligation to post deposits before debits and it is possible to see an NSF fee on your banking ledger without your account actually going negative. What a total scam. I don't know about anyone else, but at nearly 40$ a pop for just getting NEAR a 0 balance is almost criminal.

DO NOT BANK HERE!!! They did a great job w/my mortgage (different department) but then I made the HUGE mistake of opening a savings and checking account at the Parker branch last October when I moved here, and was told my checking account was free. Then... after reviewing my statements this month, I find all these hidden fees ... one was even for using my own Compass Bank ATM card for a withdrawal! Ridiculous. The other was for receiving paper statements WHEN I'VE NEVER RECEIVED PAPER STATEMENTS and lastly, even though I was told the account was free, come to find out, it's not unless you have monies direct deposited each month, and my employer does not have direct deposit as an option. Now, they refuse to refund the money from my account which I consider stolen. I'm nearly 50 years old and have never in my life had such problems w/a bank. I'm closing down my accounts and moving them AS SOON as I can get the auto-pays figured out so nothing bounces. Horrible way to do business. Oh and by the way, before I found all these hidden fees, I inquired for a used vehicle percentage rate ... received 4.99% or 3.99% IF I set up auto-pay. The dealership (thank God!) found me a used vehicle loan through Bank of America (not even my bank) for 3.2% w/no auto-pay. RUN!

This location is awful the staff is rude and they closed my account without notifying me. Awful location the customer service representatives are far more helpful than the actual branch employees. Sad.
