Horrible and rude! After wasting two months of time waiting for an answer on a mortgage and repeatedly being told everything looked great.. we finally gave up through them, David Lynch never returned phone calls was rarely in his office he seemed very nice so we waited it out but after many excuses and waiting over two months to say he needed more info for our tax return which by the way was information on a w-2 that was stapled to the tax return that he kept for several weeks and gave us back saying he had all the info he needed from it we learned that he had never even ran our credit after the last conversation he stated that was the next step and would get back with and answer at the end of the week two week went by and messages were left my husband went into his office and he was sitting with his feet on his desk... He said don't give up yet I think we can still get you approved of course my husband declined if he can't even bother calling to ask for more info each time we got a hold of him was after repeated calls or dropping by his office we figured we would go elsewhere he now claims that we provided fraudulent information in response to other reviews I don't know how two years worth of tax return and three months of bank statements can be considered fraudulent so don't waste your time he has no respect for his clients
