More interested in screwing around with a TV than helping customers, also their prices are the same as new or even more. Obviously they have no idea how to price stuff.

I bought a 1tb hard drive from here a year ago that I still use today - that being said the management and front end help have changed - and it shows. Totally disorganized. I went in to get another external hard drive, they had it but it didn't have the connector so I passed on that. I asked to see their GPS in a glass case so I could research which one I wanted, I could not do that because he insisted on awkwardly standing with me and looking over at his coworkers and laughing about it, which made me uncomfortable, he didn't say anything or recommend anything - I could just smell his breath. It wasn't a surprise to me when he told me it too did not have the connector.. or.. "he couldn't find it"... So, I asked if I could look at their Nikon camera, and what do you know - it did not have the battery pack nor the charger. I could have easily walked out of there with $600 but I refuse to use anything that can't be proven to work nor would I do business with disrespectful people.

Their service sucks big time!! And they only pick & choose what they want to take in, even if your item/s are brand new!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THERE!!

They banned me for life because they were convinced I was stealing from them. I had some stuff from another pawn shop in my back pocket, and when I was walking in I let them know that and that I didn't have a receipt And yet when I walked out they kept badgering me about a receipt which I already told them. So they banned me. I would say I am never going back again but that's already spoken for.

1 STAR For good past experience ! The manager Brenda is a b$&@& to say the least, she shut and locked the door in my face then laughed this was before the posted time that mister money close's and then she proceeded to hang up on me when I called and asked why she did this, she was very rude !!! I have pawned bought and sold there many times in the past years with no problems, until now !!! Also I called the customer service number that brenda gave me over the phone to report this the next day and I spoke with someone that said I would receive a call I never did so the next day I called the store I was told by Brenda's manger Mario that he received an email about my accusations and she will not be getting reprimanded after this, because they checked the cameras and she did no such thing!! (read the other reviews I don't think honesty is one of there strong points) Will you go to mister money your choice !!
