Went in for a simple task: change my last name on my account bc I got married. The lady had to hunt me down in the store 3 times after she said it was done bc she couldn't seem to figure out how to do it. A week after this fiasco someone else from the bank called saying they found some paperwork sitting around at the bank and asked what is was for... Are you kidding me?! This paperwork had all my personal information on it, and it was just randomly lying around.... Never again.
