We have used this company for a number of years now and are very satisfied with their service. Previously, when they were part of Entrust, there were numerous issues that caused us great concern but as soon as they became their own entity, all of these issues were immediately resolved. New Direction provided excellent customer service with prompt and informative responses and direct and personal assistance, as well as low fees that were easy to understand. They did not try to "sell" anything, rather, New Direction provided straight information and let me decide what was best for me. Matt Steffen and Dan Richmond were especially helpful courteous and professional. I highly recommend New Direction to anyone seeking a self-directed IRA.

I cannot imagine poorer service or a more error fraught environment. Kept my money there way too long. But of course, they would not facilitate a withdrawal.

I have worked with New Direction IRA for over 10 years, and they are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. My experience with the people there has been excellent.

I recommend you stay far away from this company. They have treated me horribly and charge exorbitant fees for doing nothing. Do not trust this company.
