This was the organization my credit union recommended. Our circumstance was such that we needed a relatively speedy loan, with approximately a month to secure it. After being requested for some off the wall documentation, we were actually able to get it. We were unaware of any issues after those document hurdles had been addressed. Neither our realtor or ourselves were made aware of any difficulty of obtaining the loan until 5 days before closing. Around 4pm. On a Thursday. With a closing on Monday. 2 weekend days. So really, 2 days notice. Keep in mind, I pay my bills. Credit score in the area of 800. And these fools couldn't secure a $100k loan... Their website was handy. That's about the only positive. Too shady and unprofessional and deceptive to recommend to anyone. My credit union was WRONG. Avoid them, go to the normal big banks unless you want to lose the house you're trying to purchase. Good luck. And Centennial Lending copy/weght customer representative, save our time and leave the canned response for another client.

We just had a delayed closing even though it was a 2 month closing timeframe due to the fact that the processor sat on getting the disclosure on time. I'd understand if it was a rushed closing but it wasn't.

We've worked with Centennial Lending several times to purchase rentals for our company. Always professional, and definitely a step ahead of most banks when it comes to mortgage lending customer service and follow through. Recommended.

Centennial Lending is always easy to work with and explains everything in easy to understand terms. I'd get a loan from them again.
