Lynzie is amazing! She helped me reopen my account and then helped me fix something that went wrong 2 days later. Customer service on the 1800 number was extremely rude about it but Lynzie helped right way. Great location!

Was charged $18 for an out of network ATM fee. Plus the fee the ATM charges. Bringing the total some where in the ballpark of $36 just in fees. Had 3 checking accounts for 8+ years. I live in Denver and got some money at Blackhawk, 20 minutes away. This is obviously a new policy. I will take my money else where; like Ally bank where they still reimburse all ATM fees. And not double dip ATM fees (whether they get both or not). I don't need a bank with this kind of money grubbing attitude towards long time customers.
