Great experience. I worked with Britt who was knowledgeable and helpful. Loan was sold to PennyMac, who screwed everything up and demanded an additional $300/month on my first payment even though everything they received from Eagle clearly stated the monthly payment and included the necessary information. Britt and Co. were instantly on the case and got everything resolved even though they no longer owned the loan. Thanks guys!

Yay! I recently finished my closing. It was a long process to get me in the house, but Scott and Bill Basquez from Eagle home mortgage worked to get me the right mortgage and on time for the closing. It was not an easy process but the transparency they showed convinced me I was getting hard-working people who would work late into the night to make sure I got my dream home! They were easy to communicate with and kept in touch with me during all facets of the mortgage process. And when technical issues surfaced late in the game with my fax machine, they sent a person across the Metro Denver area to get copies of documents (Thanks Oriana!). With over 20 years experience and a nose for all things mortgage, he combines integrity, savvy business-sense, and straight-talk with a customer-friendly nature and sense of humor that made my wife and I feel at ease during a sometimes stressful process of buying a home. Bottom line: He got us the best loan package at the best interest rate, and with lender-paid PMI, all the while keeping in close contact with us, our realtor, the buyer, and likely a myriad of other parties in the background.
