Chae was very helpful in getting me a mortgage for my first home. He answered any question I had and answered it very swiftly. It didn't matter what time of day or day of the week. Most of the time, within ten minutes or so he responded to my questions and concerns. His responsiveness was actually the deciding factor in who to get my mortgage through. You do not need to worry about being pressed for time getting anything you need from him. There were a few times where I needed a response to my question ASAP and before I knew it he was emailing me back. We closed within a month from the day my offer was accepted.
