I had a great experience with Home Team Lending. Angell Fuchs was wonderful to work with. Due to the crazy housing market right now I had to set my deadlines really tight and Angell and Home Team Lending worked hard to make sure I closed on time. Angell was very patient and very supportive. I definitely recommend Home Team Lending, especially Angell!

We had an excellent experience with Home Team Lending (our lender was Angell) on the purchase of our home in Greeley. They were fantastic about answering all of our questions, and we had many as 1st time home buyers. We never once felt pushed into a loan that was beyond our stated limits and original request. They even gave us this great notebook at the end of our closing summarizing everything and organizing all of our paperwork in a very user friendly form. The only thing they could do better is get an electronic signature program in place. Overall, we were very happy with the service, personalized customer attention and attention to detail. I would use this group again in the future.
