Went to Dan a few years ago to get my credit back to par so I could purchase my first home. After months of trying to help me my credit wasn't going anywhere. I had four outstanding loans that the bank sold to a credit company and Dan never saw that the four loans were really duplicates on my credit meaning I really had two loans that were sold but never reported so my credit was hit twice. My mortgage lender had to point it out to me as well as sent me to the right people to correct the problem. All I can say is make sure you get a second opinion before taking anything serious from CMS.

Not worth the money you have to pay them and there is no communication. We spoke to Dan the day we went and that has been all the communication we have had from him. Items that where disputed are still on my credit report. My fiance used them as well and it was the same scenario. I could have disputed them myself for free. Only communication we had with Dan was when we set everything up to make payments and a review of our reports. We received an email 30 days after with a followup from CMS with progress. It has been 4 months since August 21st, the day we started the program to fix out credit and we have not received a call or any feedback from Dan or CMS since that first month. Dan assured us when the process started that we could have almost all negative items disputed and removed in 3 months. BS
