Whenever I come here I always have a crummy experience. The drive thru is NEVER open. Definitely defeats the purpose of quick banking. It's a shame it's the closest to my house and when I need to quickly deposit, it's never quick and it's always an ordeal. I will always go out of my way now to go to a different chase.

Rude to a non-customer like me. Was conveniently located next to my apt but I won't be using their services because of it. You lost a potential customer with your bad customer service.

LOVE all the employees at Chase at this location. They make myself and my family feel special. It's like banking with all the great features of a big bank and getting service of a small bank. I drive out of my way to go to this location. Also, I like the mortgage loan officer Preston Glaser is super nice and great with buyers that I refer to him.
