If I could rate them a zero I would! My husband and I applied for a VA loan back in January and we got all the information Marc Guile asked for while trying to get us pre approved. He got us pre approved off of the information he asked for and received, so my husband and I put down our earnest money for our new home. We were so excited that we would have a home for our daughters to grow up in, our four year old was ecstatic! A week before we were set to close on our home Marc called us to get our daycare expense report. After we gave it to him he called us back and said we are not approved unless we can pay off more debt which we couldn't at that time. Not only were we heartbroken that our dream home was being ripped away from us, but we were also now out $250 for our earnest money! It should be Mortgage Solutions Financial's responsibility to reimburse us our earnest money due to their negligence! They have no idea the damage they caused my family! So far I have reached out twice with no response. I have emailed Marc directly with no reply, I feel like our situation has no weight on his Conscience whatsoever! His error caused such a rift in our lives and this company does not have the decency to reach out to my family to start to repair the damage they caused.

We bought in spring 2017 as first time buyers. Everything went smoothly and we closed on time. When I had a question I called Jayda and she got back to me quickly. She was very kind and a pleasure to work with
