SLOW! I have been a bank of the west customer for years, and within the last year have been forced to use this location after moving to Golden. It's a mixture of the tellers being slow and there not being enough of them (even if multiple people are sitting at desks away from the counter... I know they aren't 'tellers' but I'm DONE dealing with a 15 minute wait just to deposit into a checking account) Taking my new business elsewhere.

Not a friendly community bank. If you are a customer, or not - they will tow your car for no less than $300 if you park in their lot.
