Wells Fargo Bank in Frisco, CO

Scott and Stephen have been incredibly helpful throughout my two years banking with Wells fargo. They remember you every time you walk in, or call... and do their best to be helpful over the phone also. Definitely ask for one of them!

It's a bank and they do a good job. I wish they would drop the formal wear, I feel like I'm in a police station or with the IRS when I see them dressed like that. Not Summit County at all.

IF there were a no star option, they would receive that. I have paid off over $1500/month for the past 6 months on my Wells Fargo 5% cash-back credit card. These people obviously can't do math. 5% of 1500 would be $75=75 points. I have yet to receive enough points (25) to even redeem the points. Secondly, I have been charged two overdraft fees on an opted out account because their mobile banking app is junk and down the majority of the time. You tell me how that works... Go to first bank or a loan shark. Either way you will be better off.

I have been with Wells Fargo for at least a decade. They do a great job and have reached out to us to lower the interest rate on our mortgage with WF. They offered a HELOC years ago and we used that to expand our empire. I might be able to retire early. :-)

On the beginning i was happy with my account till today. I checked my account and saw fee, which I didn't know what is for. When I checked my history I saw that it happened 4 times and I was checking my history quite often and haven seen that. Now I lost almost $50 ( what u can think is not much, but for me is a good amount of money...), because a very nice banker haven't told me about that fee...
