Long's Insurance in Frederick, CO

I've only been with the Long Agency a few months and already would recommend them. There hasn't been a need for them to contact me but they did...with a hand written thank you card and they keep in touch via email. I can't tell you how impressive that is for me since the only thing I received from my pervious agent was a bill. He never sent a card of any kind, even after a serious car accident, never returned my calls and was never in his office. Of course when my renewal came due I heard from him. I said you didn't notice me when I was your client I figured you wouldn't notice if I wasn't. I am thrilled with the Long Agency, know they are great people and will be there if I need them.
