It seems like everyone has "a friend who knows a loan officer", and I take that info with a grain of salt. This is one time I am glad I listened to my friend, who referred me to Kevin and his team. It was such an easy experience, and from the beginning, Kevin listened to how involved and detailed I wanted this process to be (which btw was not that much). I was delighted with the options he showed me, not shoving anything down my throat. As a first time home buyer (but also an informed consumer), I didnt want the pressure sale, and I got nothing but the best treatment.
