They charge $7.50 to cash a check if you are not an account holder. The check was from THEIR OWN BANK!!!!! WTF? Also, good luck trying to sell a car if you finance your vehicle here. Worst bank I have ever done business with.

In my opinion, after years as a responcible customer, they have turned into a rip off bank, a preditor, no longer trust worthy to protect my money. In my opinion, very limited and weak consumer protection policy's monitoring unusual account activity and lack of insurance make this an unsafe banking system. I am not speaking of this particular branch, or a branch; I am speaking of this particular banking system as a whole which govern the branches, set the policy, decide security, dictate what is done, and affect us as consumers.

Loved the bank...then they changed their hours. Closed at 5 pm on a Friday? Open at 9am? Can't swing by on the way to work or from work. These are the most ridiculous hours I have ever seen. Who came up with this? Struggling so bad they have to shut down branches, but make it so the customers we do have left are inconvenienced even more.

I love it here, they have great customer service. A little bit of odd hours but other then that it's been a very good experience banking with them.
