Bank of the West in Evergreen, CO

The drive thru is extremely slow. The staff inside also reflects hesitation in delivering customer service. Overall I'm unimpressed with this operation. I get the sense that they do not appreciate their customers. If you must use Bank of the West, the Swede Gulch location delivers much more friendly and expeditious service.

I live right near this branch so I opened an account here. For even the simplest transaction, t's worth the 10 minute drive to the location near Home Depot and Wal-Mart . I don't know what the story is with the Evergreen Branch, but it's usually like walking into a bank in a third world country. There may not be anyone on line for a teller but they still make you wait a long time. Even the ATM machine is often out of envelopes. The service at this branch is just plain poor.

I for one completely disagree with the lower comments. This branch overflows with friendliness. Everyone knows you by name, and I am always thanked for banking with them. If I were to open up any new accounts it would only be with Bank of the West. Thank you for your years of great service.

My father banks there and is blind and older. The bank mgr. Scott and his staff have been 'wonderful" in helping my father. I and my father, are extremely happy with the banks Customer Service! I would recommend them to everyone! THANK YOU! It is tough enough on him and they and Mr. Purcell make life easier for both of us!!!

I totally love this bank. Everyone is so friendly. I sure lucked out.
