Durango Merchant Services, LLC in Durango, CO

A company's integrity is always shown when there is the first issue to deal with. We were closing down our account after 5 years and Durango is holding a big deposit of our money. We have tried to contact them for 2 months and they have ignored all communication from emails to calls. They are currently illigally holding thousandas of pounds that belong to us. We have to take legal action if they continue to ignore communication. Don't deal with them as they are not honest and have no level of service after you have set up your account.

Durango Merchant Services has been my merchant account service provider for several years. I initially contacted them back in 2012 when I started an internet (e-Commerce) business, and they helped me get approved for my very first merchant account. So when I opened a new business (a Bail Bond Agency) I didn't hesitate to contact them again. Their application and approval process is automated and very easy to navigate, and their customer service is second to none. My account manager is Nathan Counley, and anytime I have ever had a question, or needed assistance with something he has always returned my call, responded to my email, or assisted me with whatever I was inquiring about in a timely manner. They have their own gateway and a great API, and I've never had a problem with my payments. I am very happy with their services.

High risk merchant? You stand a high risk of Durango keeping all of your customers payments and then telling you your account has been shut down and you will not have access to your money. Durango is hands down the worst credit card processor on this earth. I would rather drag myself thru a field of rusty nails then ever work with Durango again. They will steal all of your money and never pick up the phone. When you finally trick them into answering your call, they say it not their fault and it is on the credit card processor. Durango pretends they have done nothing wrong when they are the ones who pair you up with the processor! Condescending attitudes and terrible customer service. This business deserves to be shut down. I would recommend Durango Merchant Services to everyone. My clients and I have used them since 2006. They are very nice and very smart and very helpful. Whenever I need to contact them- they always answer me very quickly and in a way that is easy to understand. They are not like dealing with your average bank or processor - they are 100 times better than any bank or processor that I have used in the past.
