Lana is so professional and knowledgeable, I could tell right out of the gate that she has been in this business a long time, and knows her stuff well!!! And she really delivered for me and helped me out! I had a slightly more challenging situation than the average loan, because I was working on closing two loans at the same time, and Lana and her team treated me really well. They were responsive, helpful, respectful, and delivered on their promises to me, despite my complex situation. Lana and her team helped me get these deals done, when other local lenders could not help me. I am very impressed, and I will be sending anyone I know who needs a loan over their way! Jason and his team are absolute pros. The entire experience, from general curiosity of what price point I should be looking in to the nitty gritty paystub dance at the very end--these guys just rocked it. Jason did an amazing job for our home loan. We are first time home buyers and did not know what to expect when buying a home, even though we did tons of research. Jason in the first meeting made us feel so comfortable and made the process very easy! Anytime we had questions, even if it was late at night were always answered! Since this was our first buying experience, I had a lot of questions and he explained everything clearly and patiently throughout the entire process. Not only was he able to get us what I believe to be the the best possible loan and rate, but at my request he gave us good recommendations for real estate agents. I only called one and it worked out to be a great recommendation who was just as hardworking and easy to work with as Jason and everybody at Uptown Mortgage. If we need another mortgage in the future, we will be returning to Uptown.
