Wells Fargo Bank in Colorado Springs, CO

My last 5 trips into this bank have been horrendous. First I needed a document notarized. I visited the bank 5 times. The first 4 times it was more than an hour wait because they only had one notary. The fourth time, I expressed my annoyance and they offered to set up an appointment. I set up an appointment, went in at the appropriate time and they had no notaries in.My last experience involved a wire transfer and they ended up charging me way more than I was quoted. Thankfully I have the document with the amount on it. Unfortunately that means another trip into the bank, and yet more time wasted. They make government office seem the height of efficiency...

The wait times are always wrong, and the customer service representatives are limited in what they can do for you. However, they do the best they can and I hope they get it figured out!

The personal at this bank have been the greatest. Every time I walk in I am greeted by the most helpful people. I always see Rylee she is so nice I do not mind waiting for her. I know I am not the only client that needs help. I would never go to another bank. I told them I might be leaving Colorado. But I can still call and get assistance

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive through while seemingly nobody was there. After requesting a check cashed they requested 2 forms of ID (apparently a Colorado drivers license isn't sufficient). It was a very small dollar amount checked to be cashed and I've been banking here over 5 years. Dissapointed

By far the most friendliest branch I've been to. Very attentive and quick with my transaction.
