Public Service Credit Union in Colorado Springs, CO

We have a savings, checking, and loan with PSCU, and they are possibly the worst Credit Union with inept tellers who cannot even post a mortgage payment correctly, nor can the Mortgage Department where I have been sending my payments directly to for over a year because of their inept Tellers. They also do not post payments in a timely manner, nor do they post additional principal or escrow payments on the day they actually post the payment. Their customer service is horrible, and don't expect them to contact you or return a phone call - even if you apply for a loan (auto or home), you have to call them back. This has been the worst experience EVER!!!!!!!! Do not bother to bank here! My local branch is the Arvada branch, but have dealt with the Mortgage division on MANY occasions because they cannot do their job correctly either.

Good interest rate, but trash service. Even after you have sent them your insurance information repeatedly with an auto loan, they will not update it.

I have a car loan with this entity and they are awful. They wouldn't apply a record of my insurance and fined me $1500 and towed my car. They harassed me like I was a criminal even tho I'd never missed a payment or had ever been uninsured. They said when things were cleared up, the $1500 would be returned to my credit card, but that was a lie as well. They applied it to my loan, but now I have $1500 on my credit card at a much higher interest rate. This is a terrible business. Do no support them, take your business elsewhere.

I've had a good experience with Public Service. I had poor credit at the time and they got me a decent rate on a car loan that I desperately needed at the time. The staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever I go in. The reason I rate this company 4 stars is because they are not open at all on weekends and that they only have one location in Colorado Springs.

I **had** a car loan with PSCU. The people who work at the Colorado Springs branch are kind and friendly, but the Denver Metro branch is the problem. The Denver branch NEVER updates ANYTHING. EVERY MONTH that i made a payment, they would send out mail telling me and the secondary signer on my loan that i am delinquent and must pay late fees at once. I had already paid on time that month, and no matter what, they ALWAYS tried to assess late fees. They had been calling the secondary signer on the loan constantly to HARASS them about this fraudulent claim of being late. They were always alarmingly rude, and they NEVER called me, (the primary signer) even once ever to talk to me about my so called delinquency. I am sure that i will never set foot in that wretched place ever again unless dragged into the building by my teeth. I hope someone with enough money to afford a lawyer sues them into the dirt. but it will likely never happen, as they only prey on people who need to borrow money. (The poor.) No matter how desperate you are, no matter if they are the last bank on earth that will lend to you, NO MATTER WHAT!! NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES AND LIARS WHO RUN THIS DIRTY UNDERHANDED SORRY EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS. But the employees at the Colorado Springs branch are very kind and helpful. Just wanted to make that clear. There is no way to post ZERO stars, or i would have done so. That is the only way they have the sorry ass rating they have achieved. So many Victims have been forced to give them one star each while spilling out their horror story about being attacked and robbed by this place that they actually have a decent rating. Dont be fooled! And the ROBOT AUTO response from "The Owner" is always the same. The owner does not even read these, or they would certainly have something to say about the repeated claims of victimization from their own company, Worse yet, the auto response claims that "They cant find us in their system as a customer" witch is probably true, because their POS computer systems combined with the Denver employees incompetency, makes that totally believable. Come on PSCU! Don't you have anything to say about this blatant disregard for human suffering?
