After going online to Lendingclub , Should be LendingLaugh the online place was impossible to deal with ! With no knowledge of financial documents , they didnt know what they were doing .. Just goes to show you that there is no substitute for the Brick and Mortar Business with real , reliable , Professional people inside .. Got Twice the Loan and Unsecured.. Tracy is the best she went the extra mile to help us..

I had a bad experience with employees not returning phone calls (mark) and poor customer service/misinformation (dee). It was so bad that I had them cancel my loan so I could begin the loan process with a different office. I'll never come here again. I wish I had something positive to say about this but altogether it's been a bad experience.

As far as the staff goes, they are nice people who are helpful. The companies system, specifically for auto withdraw, is rather useless however. Apparently their computers don't know what day of the month it is so they can only pull out a payment every 14 days,. Because of this they cannot guarantee what date the payment will be taken out. For example, I cannot have my payments taken out on only the 9th and 22nd. I have lost at least $500 bucks to overdraft fees because of this flaw. So I elected to manually pay my bill, but it seems every time I go make a payment "something about their system" has been changed and all of my log on info has been deleted. Making it extremely inconvenient for me to PAY MY BILL. In any case once my bill is paid I will not be doing business with this company again.
