Ent Credit Union: Operations Center in Colorado Springs, CO

BUYER BEWARE!!! Especially Military!! Just because this branch is located on a military installation doesn't mean they are military friendly! I had a problem to where I received money orders, cashed them and three days later they were reported 'fraudulent'. So instead of doing ANYTHING to help there costumer, they withdrew the money from my account, did nothing to help with the investigation, no police reports, NOTHING and basically took the past least resistance by dumping the problem in the hands of the costumer. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE CROOKS!!

I have had great service from ENT. "A Google User" seem to expect the bank to research bad money orders that HE/SHE acquired from who knows where. As far as I can tell, every bank I've ever used in the last 30 years has stated that there is a hold on large checks and that smaller checks are subject to verification even when approved. So, you signed the contract and you are responsible for tracking down the bad person who passed a fraudulent money order. This does not make ENT a bunch of crooks but perhaps YOU are a crook?

After months of talking back and forth with "mortgage officer", when it came time to close, the selling price was not what we agreed. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
