US Mortgages in Centennial, CO

It all started back in March of 2016 when my wife and I first called US Mortgages. We were put in contact with Wilson Todd and at first everything seemed like it was a blessing from Heaven. Wilson seemed like he cared about us not only as customers, but as people. Wilson's attitude and demeanor put us at ease and we got the ball rolling on purchasing our first home. We were told by Wilson that everything was great and we were on our way to closing on our home, but then suddenly, Wilson started asking for documents that we had already given to him!! This should have been a sign, but he assured us that everything was still good and we were ok. During the first part of the loan process, Wilson was in constant contact with us, but after we made the contract on the house, Emails and phone calls became very scarce. Then, very unexpectedly and then exactly one week before our closing date, Wilson calls my wife and says they can't underwrite the loan for a bunch of different reasons and actually none made sense!!! We tried to get answers from Wilson but he argued with my wife and blamed everything on us. We were obviously distraught, but there is a silver lining!!!! On the same day Wilson told us that there's no way anyone could approve our loan, I got in contact with Elijah Sedberry from American Financing. Elijah was awesome and started working on our loan immediately. In only three weeks, we were able to close on the house that we wanted and we can't be more thrilled!!! In closing, I want to say thank you to Wilson for completely dropping the ball and allowing us to work with Elijah and the amazing team at American Financing!!!

I saw the commercial on tv and it appeared to be guy fieri, which got my attention. That was much better than any other commercial. I would watch it again.

Very impressed with a conversation I just had with US Mortgages' Wilson Todd. I sought an alternate offer to compare with that I received from my current mortgage company. I had reasons to question the offer I received, and to my surprise, Wilson gave me every reason to go with that offer. The rational he offered for why he would tell his brother or best friend the same thing was revealing of someone who was more interested in being straightforward and looking for what is best for me. If this is the way they approach a cold call, asking if they could do better than the offer from my present lender, the sense of integrity and straightforwardness alone was impressive. The fact that I did not sense that Wilson was really overly concerned about "selling me" something, was also a real confidence builder. Therefore, I felt it was worthwhile to take the time to write this review and post it. I would definitely consider using this company if the circumstances were different, and Wilson could offer something competitive to me at that time. George Hager was awesome to work with. Great communication and follow up, highly recommend contacting him for your mortgage needs. By refinancing, we saved over $800 a month and locked into a great 15 year rate. Thanks!!

Highly, highly recommend George Hager. If you have ever gotten the run around from a mortgage company before then give George a call. From initial contact to funding under a month. Responds to your inquiries promptly and will be honest with you. Great experience and would recommend to my family and friends. Just an amazing refinance experience.
