Not perfect, but work to correct mistakes! I've had Key be my go-to local bank and they're generally excellent. Sometimes they drop the ball with special arrangements (making sure my mothers checks clear on certain days), but they bend over backwards to make things right and typically call you personally to issue status updates. They're the best bank in Castle Rock, for sure.

Worst customer service in ANY bank ive ever used. Ridiculously long waits...and most of the time they dont even have enough people working to be able to even retrieve money for the customer. Horrible bank. Horrible service. Horrible employees.
