Incredibly aggressive sales approach! If you get on their call list, they will not stop pestering and calling. They bully and pester until they get the cellphone number of the CEO (or literally have the audacity to ask for his wife's cellphone number! Who does that!)...The management there sounded reasonable when I called and complained and did take us off of the do not call list, so that was positive. I moved them from one star to 3 because of that!

Wow! An absolutely excellent experience working with Omni Financial Services. I found myself in a very difficult position with the IRS and was obviously very anxious about the process and impending outcome. Mike Christoff and his crew …. Cindy Cook, Samantha Kling and Katherine Blanchard as well as the rest of the staff at Omni Financial were a ray of sunshine in a dark time. They treated me with dignity, respect, honesty and efficiency throughout the entire process. Mike was very realistic in his approach and I never had a sense of anything but complete trust in his work. Plain and simple, he told me what he could do and then he delivered exactly that. Never once did I feel anything but confidant in his ability to deliver. He kept me informed throughout the process and finalized my situation in the time he had promised and within the financial parameters we discussed in the beginning. From the first day when I sat down with Mike and laid out my problem the Omni staff have been complete professionals. Even now, a year after we reached a compromise, they continue to stay in touch and make sure all is well. I cannot recommend Mike, his crew and Omni Financial Services highly enough.

I have nothing but praise for the Staff at Omni Financial Services for the work they have done for me from day one. At 74 years old I like me sleep at nite. Thank you Sheila and Daniela.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this company. I am the CEO of a company that's negotiating with the IRS and Omni promised a flat fee based on our specific case and then DOUBLED our fees with no justification. For people trying to deal with the complex system that is the IRS to then have to deal with a dishonest, opportunistic organization that drags its feet and blatantly lies about what is and is not possible is criminal.

hidden fees..and i was owed a refund for over payment and they tried to tack on 15.00 few to have it electronically paid back into my account. One of the managers caught this and waived the fee after I had questioned why I need to pay a fee for a refund, however it already have me indication that they have their reps try to make more money buy little tactics like that...throwing little fees in there.
