U.S. Bank Branch in Brighton, CO

This US Bank use to be great and always had a great experience til recently they hired a net bank tell I think her name is Logan she's the only blonde there. She's very very rude I have been to this location 3 times in the past month and every time I go there she's so rude to both me and my dad she has no customer service skills and is fast to asume things. I would love for US Bank to do something about this I should not feel uncomfortable at a bank and have bad experiences every time I go there. I also will be contacting corporate I really hope if they can do something about this it's really horrible and now we have to go to the US Bank in thornton wich has great customer service and they great their customers equally so should all their locations.

They always ask for ID.for everything, even if you are trying to change a $20 bill or get a quarter roll. They know your name and who your till it's time to make a bank transaction, no matter what you better have your ID. This is a good thing because the last thing i need is Joe Spaghetti'O trying to make bank transactions using my name.

I will also file a complaint with u.s bank corporate, but everyone else deserves to know. Ive had better customer service at a fast food joint! i walked in with my co worker, we both had a check written from our boss who runs a delivery company. Little did i know, some of these little branch locations do not cash from certain llcs [ i had to find this out from my boss]. They started counting money, then the blonde looks up and gives me this disgusting face! She then looks at the brunette who was actually "helping" me and says nope. Okay, sure you cant cash it.. maybe you dont have the funds? Maybe you dont accept the check? Why? Its a freaking u.s. bank check. So they continue to tell me to call the person who wrote me the check, made it seem as if its frauded or illegal activity! Instead of giving me the reason of why they couldnt cash my check, or even make a deposit, they gave me the same b.s run around with no viable answer! WHAT IS THE ISSUE? INSTEAD OF ROLLING YOUR EYES AT ME, NODDING YOUR HEAD NO; ACTING LIKE WERE PLAYING CHARADES, OR ACTING LIKE A MIME. ANSWER MY QUESTION!! CALL THE PERSON WHO WROTE THE CHECK IS AN INCORRECT ANSWER, YOU CLEARLY HAD THE ANSWER, BUT YOU ALL WERE ACTING LIKE YOU KNEW NOTHING! The brunette had a little sympathy, but the blonde curly haired sorry excuse of a teller was less then. Im sorry to say this, but i think shes a complete racist. Yes, im foreign, got a beard and was dirty from the 14 hour shift i had completed. But i will never tolerate humans like the blonde behind the counter! Going to the big head honchos, she needs to learn some respect!

I have had very friendly customer service . I walk in and they know me & greet me always love the young blonde girl from Arizona guess I need to pay better attention to her name such a beautiful person
