The bank has awful policies. I would reconsider banking with this branch if you own a business. I have been waiting months for my debit card for my personal account. It still hasn't showed. But, it shows in my account. I can't get a hold of the branch manger. They are very understaffed and are to busy for four people. Good luck trying to figure out the policies of this branch. I can not figure out their policies. You have other options and I would explore different options because they have competition. They hold all deposits for five days until your thirty day trial period is over. They are not afraid of returning checks.You can not view items in pending like checks etc. really consider your option!!! Not what we had been promised.

Worst service i have ever had with a bank. The branches close at 1pm on Saturdays when every other bank is open until 4pm. The customer service has been no help whenever i have a question. The fees come out of nowhere and there's not a chance they will help you take care of them. All in all this has been the worst place i have kept my money. I wouldnt bank with them again if they offered a 10% apr savings account.

The teller girl was beyond rude. I think she is pretty new to this branch and she was awful. I banked here for 10 years and I'm taking my money to another bank. This place is the worst. Can I give 0 stars?
