If you are okay with going through 3 pages of security questions before viewing your account info online then this might be the bank for you. Expect to be updating your security information every so once in a while so that you don't get locked out of your account. If you change your physical address and don't tell them about it they will block access to your account. If you do decide to bank with CU Rockies, then expect a dull, in person, or over the phone customer service experience and enough hassles to be well.. pretty annoying. I understand that not every bank is built like Fort Knox so I don't put all my eggs in one basket. Personally, when I put money in a savings account I want easy remote access. This just isn't the bank for me anymore but if you are fine with the above to each their own.
