WIth a CEO that gives himself 53 million $ when the country is in trouble , the least patriotic thing you can do is support this bank. Expect fees for nothing and to be treated like a number

Service has gone from bad to terrible. Both tellers were extremely rude, haughty and snooty. Not only that but they refused to help me with a simple address change and another issue. It Must be nice to be able to get paid to be rude to people all day and tell them to solve all of their problems by themselves online or show them the phone number on the back of the card as if I'm some idiot who doesn't already know that. I'm over being treated badly and degraded as a customer and now I know why so many more people choose first bank and why we decided to change banks.
