Pacific Marine Credit Union in Yucca Valley, CA

This bank is great for starting out credit lines, I messed up my credit and am currently rebuilding and this bank has been good to me. The lady with the bad post mentions "possible" fees, I conduct transactions like this all the time and have never been changed a fee for getting change, I believe legally they cannot open thier drawer and normally give you change without doing it the way she did it. It's not shady unless they are charging you for every time you do it.

They have been doing some online maintenance for 3 DAYS now!! I cannot access my account or transfer funds, I called to ask about my balance and customer service said they couldn't help me because of the update they are doing 3 DAYS of not being able to transfer money, I went to get milk for my child my card got declined because I need to transfer funds for safety reasons we only keep a small balance in our checkings, and now my daughters birthdays tomorrow I cant buy groceries or a cake for her THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR NOT CONSIDERING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN WE'RE TAKING OUR MONEY ELSE WHERE. How inconsiderate! So now I have to borrow money from a friend how humiliating until this maintenance update is done!

Fantastic local credit union. Have NEVER had a problem here. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Everyone that works here is friendly, intelligent, and truly love their jobs. Go to B of A for shady business practices and rude service!

This credit union is awesome. My whole family use them and and have never had extra fees or rude people. All of their employees are friendly and well informed. If they have a question or concern there is always a supervision available. Only bank I use for saving, checking and Visa. I love it and recommend their service to anyone. My grand kids were able to start their life skills as teenagers with small debit cards. (how wonderful is that). 5 stars for my friends at Pacific Marine Credit Union.

Terrible problems since their conversion. They say their banking is new and improved but for some of their customers it appears that it has created nothing but headaches. I have had to call more than once about problems and have been basically told "too bad, so sad". It is already the 3rd of the month following the conversion and still no statement. The history downloads (to download transactions into my accounts) no longer work since the conversion. They say it is not their problem the problem is with the download. Seriously? It worked fine before they made such a mess. We really like our local branch but because the "powers that be" have created problems with the conversion and show no interest in making life easier for members we will most likely have to move to another banking institution. Again this is not our local branch - they are great but whoever is in charge at the main office needs to get it together or be dismissed.
