Winner of my least favorite business of the day! Cashed a US Bank check from my client. It bounced. When my client replaced the check, I went into the branch to make sure the funds were available. They charged me $5 to cash their own check in their own branch! What a crock!!!

Everyone is so nice, friendly & approachable. Their service is fast, i never stand in line for too long even when there's a long line.They always take care of everything I need. I've never had any problems.

Where can I start. The lines at times are clear out to the door with only 2 tellers working the counter and 2 at there desk not helping anyone. I have had issues with double payment and the bank takes up to a week to pay you back. They are slow and I just highly recommend any other financial institution! Any...I truly thought it would get better. The lines are still hella long and you may as well carve out 20-30 min in line to get your banking done.
