Great customer service.

This location is currently committing fraud..let me explain. Wife got a 250 dollar loan. repaid the loan. she had written a check for the full amount but then went in and paid instead. They have now tried twice to cash the check they allegedly discarded. Today it caused me to be unable to pay our electricity bill online and also got us a $34 over draft fee from chase. I know the $34 will be refunded and chase will stop the check but it is still an inconvenience and it is still fraud. The best part is that when we viewed the check online on the chase website....it is NOT even my wifes hand writing on the check!! They have copied the supposedly discarded check and rewritten it and signed her name!! I will be contacting our local police departments fraud squad as soon as it opens. Even if it isn't intentional and it is just some knuckle dragging mouth breather that doesn't know what they are doing, it is still fraud. This said, it feels intentional and dishonest.. STAY AWAY from these criminals. UPDATE: complaint filed with the BBB and the FDIC.Local media also contacted.

When I first got to speedy cash I was greeted by a polite lady younger light skin short brownish maybe black hair she was very helpful. I had to go home & get checks with my name on them. When I returned another lady helped me she had blonde highlights wears glasses & chubby. She was very rude couldn't hear a thing I was saying trying to ask her questions because I like to know what exactly how things work interest wise. Acted like I spoke another language then when I would speak loudly she wasn't even paying attention, wanted to ask for someone elses help. Please if you do not like your job don't work at SPEEDY CASH!. or my advice get a hearing aid
