Jewelry and Loan by far has the lowest prices but will give a competitive payment for a loan or a buyout. I've been to every pawn shop in Orange County a few in Los Angeles and a bunch in San Diego the guys at w. Jewelry and Loan are the best to work with. I've been shopping with Westminster Jewelry and Loan for a few years now these guys have given me loans on some particular items that other pawn shops probably would of sent me right back out the door.
