Brittany was pleasant on the phone as a loan office even though she told us a higher loan amount then we actually received with less miles on our car then originally quoted. Donna at their office handled all the paperwork as quickly as one person could. She seems to wear a lot of hats in their office, but she remained friendly the whole time.
