Mullen Finance Plan in Westminster, CA

Last year my husband and I were in desperate search of a car. Out of all the different finance companies we tried only Mullen finance gave us the opportunity to finance a car. So far I've never had an issue with them. Every month I go in drop of my check in less than three minutes I'm in and out.

I am gonna say they are good. They approved me even thou my credit was not good. After a year of financing my car I never have to call them or talk to them. They never call me, they never cause me any problems, my payments go swiftly with no issues. Could it be that I have ZERO issues with them cause I have always made all my payments on time?? I think so. See Mullen is not the type of place that works with credits scores over 800...no they are here for people with bad credit and when you have bad credit and get a second chance, you have no business being late with a single payment. I give them 5 stars because I do happen to know how this rating systems work.

I've been a customer for awhile with Mullen I've paid a vehicle before now on the second one from them. I understand they are a second change finance . When I had my 1st loan thru them I had no issues I even made friends with one the employees there now . They are the worst they have some of the rudest people their . Specially this person named Joanna . This beast is condescending, very evil, rude Person she be littles you as she's speaking to you. I've complained to the MGR all he says is that she's not rude she's "direct".!!!

Becareful with this company THEY WILL INSTALL GPS TRACKING DEVICE on your car go get your cars checked and rip the tracking device off like I did. I found one under my dash and called dealer and dealer said it was from the finance company.

Worst company I had ever been finance from they say they will help you but they don't they put you more in a hole!!! One late payment and they repo my car. After I told them of my hardship and did say I could pay for it in a later time, they took it. They left me stranded in LA and they didn't care one bit. I'm from the IE.
