Never been available even during open hours

This place is a total ripoff and therefore is not recommended for you silver/gold stackers out there. I'm a heavy gold/silver stacker. Today I brought 4 oz of pure .9999 gold to this place to sell and here is what they offer me: My items include PAMP Suisse 1 oz .9999 gold, Canadian Maple 1 oz, Krugerand 1 oz, and an Australian 1 oz. Spot price at time of transaction was $1,319 per troy ounce. They offered me $1,120 for each ounce of gold which turned out to be around 15% below spot price. Immediately, I called APMEX, one of the largest leading precious metal dealer, to ask them for buy back price and they offered around $1,318 for each ounce of gold. That's about $200 dollars higher than this place. Imagine how much money would I lose to Cash4Gold. Selling back to APMEX is simple, you sent them the items through insured mail, once they received it, payment will be issued a few days later. It's still SO MUCH better compare to this place, which I don't know why people give them so high rating. Unless you have small amount of metals that you need to sell, DON'T go to this place.
