Logix Federal Credit Union in Westlake Village, CA

The employees at this credit union are arrogant, unhelpful, like to lecture their members on how they do things and are completely useless if you have a problem. Their policy is to slap huge fees and charges on their members and shrug their shoulders when you ask for their help. Among other things, they told me there would be a charge for sending me my bank statements and refused to waive five $29 fees when a car rental company and hotel held large deposits against my debit card which made it go into overdraft protection unbeknown to me while I was traveling. When I opened a new account at the very pleasant Wells Fargo Bank, the bank manager told me he had had similar bad experiences with Lockheed!

Great people, always welcoming. Helped me count $50 in coins when I was turning them in for bills. They refund me ATM fees when I use an ATM from the evil big banks like Bank of America. Nice to deal with and great products.
