Both Neil Coulsell (my loan officer) and Mike Mitchell Sr. were forthright from the beginning. They shared good information to help me make the right decision. On top of that, they have a wonderful team and provide excellent customer service. From my first quote email until the last loan funding notification, Neil was consistently responsive, timely, diligent and thoughtful. His teammate Kayla who handled my application processing was also pleasant to work with. Everyone else I had a chance to interact with was all professional and attentive to my needs.
