Review West Covina Nissan

West Covina Nissan service representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle and making recommendations. Rolando recommended that my tire be replaced and pointed out that one of my tires had significant wear.

Was not happy with this dealer. I called in was very specific about what i was looking for. I made an appointment to to see a used Nissan leaf. Confirmed my appointment couple hours before then drove 40+ miles only to find out that car was sold. Once I arrived they kept asking if I wanted to look at any other Cars. A courtesy call would have been nice. Felt like a bait and switch

My experience with this dealer is really, really very bad. On April, 2016, I bought a brand new Nissan Sentra, also I bought the Gap and after the manager from the financial dept was pushing very hard I also bought the extensive warranty for 72 Mts/75.000 miles. On November 28, 2016 my car was total lost in a car accident. The other party accepted her fault a 100 % . On January, 2017, I went to the dealer and I signed the cancellation for the extensive warranty but to today the dealer hasn't paid the bank, because of that my credit score was drop very badly. Every time I called the dealer asking about the payment they haven't made to the bank, the answer was always the same, " the person in charge ( I was told is Ines) is no here or she is busy on another call Also I spoke to Glenda several times and she had told me she will forward my message to Ines but nobody had the professionalism to call me back. If they believe I AM GOING TO GET UP, they are very wrong I am using all the legal power under the Law. to give me an answer. I had to give them 1 star because if not the system don't aloud to me to post.

Don't ever get your car serviced here. I had to file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. I brought it in because out of no where my battery died. I let the car sit for an hour, then was able to start it up. I preceded to drive then I noticed my convertible top icon appeared on my dashboard and was beeping. I checked to make sure the button was secure then went to open the trunk to see what I could see. The trunk did not open! I used the smart key, and pressed the button..nothing. So I drive to West Covina Nissan where I bought the car. I asked the service rep Tony to please see if he could at least get the trunk open because I needed to retrieve my briefcase. He tried the fob, looked in the glove compartment, and said "no, I can't get it open". I then asked him if we can see if the seats come out, we looked and then again he said no. I told him I desperately needed my briefcase because it had my work. I told him I did not mind leaving the car, I just need the briefcase so if he would please ask a mechanic. He then goes to the mechanic area only to return and tell me the only way to get the trunk open is for them to do an electronic diagnostic that will cost me $260. Being that I have no choice, I agreed. Leave the car and come back the next day after he tells me it was the battery and they will need to reset the COMPUTER for the convertible top. Not to mention they had about $1700 worth of other work they wanted me to do which I refused. When I get my car late that evening, start it, pop the trunk, then test the convertible. When I closed the convertible the light came back on and the alarm, so Tony goes and gets the mechanic. Now the trunk is not opening again! Ricardo takes my key fob, pulls out this magical little key and proceeds to open the trunk that Tony said the mechanic said does not exist the day before!! He opens the trunk, repositions the convertible tray, and alarm goes off and the trunk works again. So is that how you RE-SET the computer??? That is how you rip somebody off. Lied and said the trunk could not be opened...wow! And to think, I bought a total of 3 cars from these crooks!! They charged me $359 for a battery that I could have put in myself. I have yet to see the so called diagnostic that showed the computer needed to be reset for the convertible top! I filed a complaint and the manager was supposed to call me...NEVER DID!

They told me some prices when showing the cars in the lot, making it look like they have attractive offers. When we came to do the paperwork, the prices were $3000-$4000 higher than what they told us in the lot. They also didn't bring it up, they were trying to lead us into buying a car, by getting is to sign paperwork before we had come to anysort of agreement. When I decided against buying a car at this dealership, they kept my license and refused to give it back. They made me leave, and come back 3 hours later for my license.
