Always only two tellers. Line is almost out the door every time I come in. There is not a "best" time to come in. Don't come here if your don't have 45 minutes to waste.

Chase bank generally bombs in customer service. Watsonville branch worst ever for staffing. Have complained to branch manager who claims that staffing is done at corporate level and he is not responsible. At busiest times you are likely to find 1 or 2 tellers and 40 people in line. Go down the street to BofA or Wells and they have a flock of tellers

Watsonville is an extremely busy branch, and yes, understaffed, but everyone in this branch does their job efficiently and everyone is friendly including an awesome manager that you will find working wherever he's needed when the line is long. Thanks for all your help.
