Academy Mortgage actually makes the loan process fun! My loan officer Chris Roberts demonstrated that the improbable is very possible. I had less than a month to close on a house since the buyers of my previous home insisted on a 2 week close of escrow. Chris had me pre-qualified in no time. Even before I had signed a contract on the new house, Chris was able to collect most of the necessary information from me so that as soon as the contract was signed she was able to get the mortgage process going immediately. What should have taken 45 days was completed in less than 30! She had assured me that we could get the mortgage process completed before Thanksgiving. She did better than that, she worked overtime with the title company so that I was able to move into the house before the holiday! I'm so delighted with the speed and efficiency of the job she did and I highly recommend Chris for any of your mortgage needs.

Leanne is a gifted financial professional who found a way to make things happen when everyone else suggested that we simply sit back and wait through the utterly asinine and ridiculous 36 month short sale moratorium. Practically speaking, we sold our home a little more than 3 years ago, but largely because Bank of America forced everyone’s hand into an inexplicably long and unyielding closing process, it took well more than six months to close. AND when she's out of town! She responds to all my questions in a matter of minutes. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and hard working... I have had a few bumps in the road to becoming a homeowner, and she, along with her assistant Chelsie, have brainstormed to come up with solutions to all the issues that have risen.
