Extremely rude employees here, they will waste your time. Unable to cash a simple check that was from THEIR bank. Go to the mooney branch they are way more professional. Im not sure how they got their clown manager at the save mart branch.

This has to be the most misinformed and incapable Union Bank staff I've ever encountered since opening my first account in 1999. Stopped in at this location because of its late hours to reinstate my account after a 2 month process of getting a new debit card. The manager refused to reinstate this account before she made it known that the person who suspended the account at a Clovis branch "did it wrong" (while rolling her eyes) and that she would have never done it this way. And because of that person's mistake, she needed to inform me that the bank will not be taking responsibility for any fraud associated with this account. WTF? So does this mean my account is unprotected under federal law and uninsured by FDIC because you don't want to "clean up" another manager's "mistake?" Please save your breath. No one cares if you can do it better. I closed my 18 year old relationship (this particular account was 14 yrs old) with Union because this bank manager could not keep from rolling her eyes at me when all I wanted to do was give them another $8000 of my hard earned money.
