I took an expensive gold chain and asked how much would they pay me for it if I sold it not pawn it. The loser that helped me was mumbling saying that this chain looked a bit 'sticky' to him??? Not sure what he meant, basically he insinuated it could possibly be fake gold. The other loser working there interrupted just to make a comment that the chain looked familiar and it was fishy. This a a Jesus Christ charrn on a chain. Yes of course Jesus Christ is familiar to anyone , you idiot. I walked out because bunch of bozo's do not know anything about gold. Obviously they are so used to getting xbox or ps3 for pawning, that when an actual gold piece come into their hands, they have no clue to what to do. Idiots!!! I went to 7th St Pawn, gave me $4500 for my chain win for me!!!!

Customer service was at an all time low the men were more concerned with the football game and not selling a tv or dvds and the prices are way over priced a used small DVD player no name 30$ brand new u can get it at Walmart at that price ....the way got treat ur customers is the way u get ur products sold. They pay ur bills .. I wouldn't recommend this place to no body admit even a person I disliked. .

Customer service is terrible. Staff is very rude and short with customers! I'd check out other places before coming to this place

STOP AND READ! DO NOT TAKE BUSINESS TO THIS SHOP! The staff really lives up to its ratings but I feel as if 2 stars is complimenting this horrible business. First off, who ever is behind the counter was rude. My guess is that the gun he had on his side gave him his confidence. The same guy is also the biggest cheap skate yet wants to overprice everything he sells. From guitars to dj equipment to game consoles, everything is beat up, scratched, dusty, and is overpriced. I was glad to take my business to the pawn shop next door. This shop is my worth anybodies time. I've read the past reviews and I completely agree with most of them! DO NOT GO HERE! It's a waste of time
