It is a great credit union. I saved a lot of money through very low interest rates on an auto loan and I don't have the greatest credit score. Wells Fargo offered me16.99% APR and VCCU offered me 4%

I enjoy being a VCCU member. My service experience has overall been good, and I find the online banking easy and convenient. My only complaint is that my bill pay checks still have my old address on the them, even though I have gone into the bank and had several calls. Not sure why I can't get this resolved, but it's been 3 years since I lived at my old address!!

I have used Ventura County credit union for over 10 years, during that time frame I've only had two problems and both times banking staff were able to resolve the issues for me. I've always found credit unions to be more reliable, and safer to use then standard big chain banks. I have and continue to recommend this branch to other people I know.

My only two complaints would be the inconvenience hours of operation. It is frustrating that you close at 5 when a large majority of your clients hours of work are the same as VCCU. Please don't mention your online banking or app because they both are not user friendly. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC!!!!
